Other Notes: I'm really sorry about the subtitles on it. I couldn't get rid of them, since the two episodes were fansubbed. x_x;; The song I used is the opening theme to the anime, Gankutsuou (yes, the song IS in English...and make sure you watch Gankutsuou! It's an awesome anime (it's based off the book, The Count of Monte Cristo). The song was used in that anime to describe Edmond's feelings for Mercedes, but it portrays Inuyasha's feelings for Kikyou perfectly, too. Of course, I really think you could use this song for any couple who had a tragic end (key word in the title: We Were Lovers).
